Today, the Prime Minister, Minister of State, Xavier Bettel, has decided that the request for the organisation of a referendum on the proposed revision of Chapters IV and Vbis of the Constitution, submitted by an initiative committee and received on 27 July 2022, is declared admissible.

Test of the national warning system: test message on the GouvAlert-app, zonal alert SMS and sirens
As part of the reform of the national warning system, the government will continue to implement its national warning system testing strategy on Monday 1. August 2022 by carrying out the monthly test of the siren network and sending a test message on the GouvAlert application and an alert SMS warning message, which will be tested within a specific area.
